How To Make Strawberry Cupcakes (12pieces)

I've Got a simple recipe on how to make strawberry cupcakes , so here we go .

Ingredients :
-2 cups self-rising flour
-1/2 cup of sugar
-1 cup strawberries
-1 egg(beaten)
-1 cup of milk
-1/4 cup of melted margarine/butter

Directions :
1.Mix flour,sugar,and starwberries to coat fruit.
2.Combine margarine,egg and milk in a separate bowl.
3. Add Combined margarine,egg and milk into the first mixture.
4.Stir until mixed thoroughly.
5.Spoon into muffin pans.
6.Bake about 12 to 15minutes at 450degrees .

P.S you could change the strawberries to any other kind of fruits =)
